Town leadership has never been more demanding, and navigating it alone is harder than it needs to be. Join our Town Executive Leadership Cohort, a peer-based program designed specifically for municipal leaders like you.
Based on interest, we'll have specific cohorts for:
Town Administrators/Town Managers
Deputy/Assistant Town Administrators/Managers
Through 12 virtual sessions, you'll connect with peers to share challenges, test ideas, and gain fresh perspective, then apply what you're learning through 3 one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to your context.
Between sessions, stay connected through a dedicated peer channel and tap into Ask Me Anything office hours whenever you need a sounding board.
